Weetabix Crisp Rice

 

The first of our Industrial Ingredients ­ introduced in 1940 and still our best seller. This product made possible the successful launch of chocolate crisp rice bars and is still used today. Only now it’s been successfully used in hundreds of new and different products. While with all Weetabix products a variety of variations can be offered, but the principle requirement most of our customers demand is size.Thus we offer #108 crisp rice (see below) with the highest density range in this category to be used principally in confections and cookie mixes to #106cm, a larger and lighter product.

One of the newer and most successful applications for crisp rice is in a marshmallow bar. Previously only homemade, this mass produced product has gained tremendous popularity in recent years.
